Position Title: Deputy Manager – HR Operations
Department: Human Resource
Reporting To: Senior Manager HR
Location: Mahad, Raigad, Maharashtra, India
Employment Type: Full Time
Experience Required: 3 to 12 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing domain
Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or Social Work (HR), such as MBA, PGDM, MSW, or equivalent, from a recognized university.

Key Responsibility Areas

HR Operations & MIS – Manage HR operations across all plant locations; maintain dashboards & reports on recruitment, training, compliance, and attrition




? Recruitment – Drive manpower planning and hiring across locations within defined TATs; ensure smooth onboarding
? Employee Lifecycle & Performance – Manage lifecycle processes (joining to separation) and lead the annual performance management cycle across all sites
? Leadership & Talent Development – Support succession planning and Individual Development Plans for T2 leaders
? Training & Development – Coordinate the annual training calendar, induction programs, and compliance training across plants
? Payroll & Employee Relations – Ensure accurate payroll, attendance & discipline management; drive grievance redressal and employee engagement
? Employee Welfare & Safety – Oversee welfare facilities (canteen, transport) and support plant-level safety audits
? Compliance & Audits – Manage statutory, customer, and internal audits; track labor law compliance and closure of audit observations across loca
