Job Description

The Senior Communications Specialist develops and executes strategic communications that strengthen employee engagement, recruitment, organizational culture, and brand reputation through transparent, consistent, and engaging messaging across digital and print platforms. This role creates and manages content including newsletters, emails, executive messaging, website and intranet content, marketing materials, video scripts, and organizational announcements, while supporting change management initiatives through timely communications that drive awareness and adoption. Working cross-functionally, the specialist also manages and optimizes communication platform - including SharePoint, ADP, OptiSigns, content management systems, intranets, employee applications, and virtual meeting tool - to ensure an effective user experience and alignment with organizational priorities.

Essential Job Functions

Develop and execute content strategies that support organizational growth, recruitment, and brand reputation




Create content that strengthens employee engagement and reinforces organizational values and priorities
Support change management initiatives by delivering communications that drive successful adoption
Optimize digital communication platforms to ensure effective content delivery
Review and refresh existing content across all platforms to maintain relevance, accuracy, and alignment
Support and coordinate company events, meetings, and functions.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to enhance platform functionality and user experience
Coordinate language translation for materials
Maintain asset files, ensuring proper organization and retention
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in communications, journalism, or public relations
