Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru,



responsible for driving residential interior project sales and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. This role includes engaging walk-in and referred customers at the experience centre, understanding their lifestyle and space requirements, and presenting tailored interior solutions and proposals. The Sales Specialist will conduct follow-ups, manage the sales pipeline, coordinate meetings between clients and the design team, and support customers through the decision-making and approval process. Day-to-day tasks include explaining service offerings and project workflows, preparing and reviewing quotations, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating with project and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution. The role also involves participating in sales reviews, contributing to process improvements, and staying updated on product ranges, materials, and market trends.
