Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Service Representative role based in the Ganjam district. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries, provide information on financial products and services,



and resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner. The role includes maintaining customer records, processing basic service requests, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
