Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 sales agents
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
Monitor calls and provide real-time coaching
Analyze team performance and prepare reports
Coordinate with operations for process improvements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telecalling
Proven leadership and team management skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with CRM tools is preferred
