To be successful as an Engineering Manager VP , you should have experience with:

Strong proficiency in Hogan ILP as the primary language.
Hands-on experience with Agile development, CI/CD automation, and automated testing frameworks.
Good understanding of microservices infrastructure.
Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana etc.).
Oversee design and development of Mainframe application with Strong HOGAN Knowledge with hands on experience.
Implement and maintain Mainframe application which support and high volume transaction and strategic implementation of tools to integrate with new distributed platform.
Robust skill around different integration pattern such as MQ, API, CICS, ZOWE API and Batch processing.




Ensure effective monitoring and observability setups for production systems.
Advocate for distributed architecture principles to build resilient and performant applications.
