What You’ll Do

Manage real estate transactions from pending to closed
Oversee listing coordination (MLS entry, document prep, marketing materials)
Communicate and coordinate with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies
Review, organize, and process documentation for accuracy and compliance
Track timelines to ensure deadlines are met and contingencies released
Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, and signings
Enter and coordinate commissions
Build relationships within the Idaho real estate community

What You'll Bring

At least 1 year of Idaho Transaction Coordinator experience
Familiarity with Idaho real estate contracts
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Clear, qualified communication (written & verbal)

The Details

Full-time, 40 hrs/week — no nights or weekends
Salary Range: $40,000 to $45,000 to start, with potential for increase based on experience and performance
Remote / Work from home (we provide necessary office equipment)
