We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our company's growth through effective sales strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
Manage and maintain CRM database with accurate customer information
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions
Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Goal-oriented mindset with proven track record of meeting targets
Ability to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of IT services and technology solutions (preferred)
