Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area,



responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving business growth across land aggregation and corporate real estate services. This role includes managing client relationships, leading negotiations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion of transactions. The General Manager will plan and execute business strategies, monitor financial performance, and optimize operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks involve supervising cross-functional teams, reviewing project pipelines, managing reporting and documentation, and identifying new market opportunities in target regions. The position also entails mentoring team members, maintaining high standards of professional conduct, and representing the company in key meetings and industry events.
