We are looking for a dynamic and proactive client servicing executive to manage client relationships, coordinate with internal creative teams, and ensure smooth execution of marketing and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the agency
Understand client requirements, business goals, and campaign objectives
Coordinate with creative, social media, design, content, production, and performance marketing teams for timely execution
Prepare creative briefs and ensure accurate communication of client expectations
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals,



and feedback processes
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and status updates
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relationship management
Monitor ongoing campaigns and provide performance updates to clients
Assist in strategy discussions, pitch presentations, and proposal development
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services
Maintain reports, MOMs (Minutes of meeting), and project trackers
