Job Description
Understand the Prime Contract commercial terms
Analyze activities being performed with respect to engineering and construction accounting methodology
Invoicing to the Client
Managing Accounts receivables
Monitor and report on labor and expense costs
Invoicing both labor and expense
Reconcile cost, hours, and billing
Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards
Interface with other locations & departments like Project controls
MIS Reporting
Software Requirement & Soft Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good leadership and decision-making skills
Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and zero (0) to three (3) years of work-related experience or a combination of education; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Chartered Accountant is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
