Create pending issues file and share with society members monthly
Maintain a qualified working relationship with the chairman and secretary for quick problem resolution and minimize escalations
Ensure customer feedback is collected regularly, and the score is >4
Liasioning
Liase with HR to resolve employee grievances and close recruitment in a timely manner
Liase with Procurement for vendor related matters
Ensure basic training at sites is conducted regularly and attendance is maintained
Coordinate with Finance for petty cash and billing related issues
