Key Responsibilities

Managing all aspects of the hotel property, including front desk operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
Supervising and training staff to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company's standards.
Maintaining a secure and secure environment for guests and employees, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Implementing and overseeing operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Collaborating with other departments within the company to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive guest experience.
Developing and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability, including pricing and marketing initiatives.
Providing regular reports to senior management on attendance,



key performance metrics, and making recommendations for improvement.
