What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end design process for web and mobile products
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Stay current with design trends and best practices
Mentor junior designers and provide design reviews
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work
Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
Experience with user research methodologies
Understanding of design systems and component-based design
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced agile workplace
Nice to Have
+Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
+Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
+Experience designing for SaaS products
+Familiarity with design thinking methodologies
