We are looking for a confident, energetic and highly organised Sales & CRM Executive who wants to do much more than simply make sales calls.
You will help us build the entire sales and customer relationship system for our fast-growing creative and education brands—from managing leads and setting up CRM processes to speaking with potential customers, following up with interested buyers, closing sales and supporting existing customers.
Associate with a recognised design brand with 100,000+ Instagram followers.
Receive meaningful responsibility instead of only repetitive junior-level tasks.
Grow into a Sales Manager, CRM Manager, Customer Success Manager or Business Development Lead as the company expands.

What You Will Work On
Speak with incoming leads and understand their requirements.
Call people who have shown interest in our scope sheets, e-books, courses and other digital products but have not completed their purchase.
Follow up with website visitors, enquiries, abandoned leads and previous customers.
Convert warm leads into paying customers through calls, WhatsApp and email.
Answer product-related questions and help customers select the right product.
Provide customer support before and after a purchase.
Maintain complete lead and customer records inside the CRM.
Create follow-up systems so no enquiry or potential sale is missed.
Help organise the sales pipeline into stages such as current lead, contacted, interested, follow-up, converted and lost.
Track objections, customer questions and reasons for non-purchase.
Prepare basic daily and weekly reports on leads, calls, follow-ups and conversions.
