Role Overview
The Transcription Operations Executive is responsible for the generation of quality transcripts of arbitration hearings. This role includes reviewing and correcting AI-generated transcripts to ensure a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Listen to audio recordings and make corrections to the AI generated transcripts.
• Ensure transcripts are clear, accurate, and free from grammatical or typographical errors.
• Follow provided guidelines and formatting requirements.
• Train new freelance correctors.
• Manage documents (digital bundles, transcripts, exhibits) securely and efficiently.
• Lead and coordinate AV operators, freelancers, and support staff.
• Meet specified deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors as needed.
• Provide feedback to freelance correctors on a regular basis.
• Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.
• Maintain compliance with confidentiality, data security, and legal standards.
Key Requirements
• Graduate degree in any field.
• Proven experience in editing and proofreading work in the corporate or legal industry (minimum 2 years).
