Description
Role Overview
As a Product Operations Associate, you will sit at the intersection of product, business, and
operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of product workflows and resolving
customer/partner issues. You will be the link between the product team and on-ground
business teams — ensuring current product rollouts, optimizations, and processes run
seamlessly.
This is a generalist role that provides the individual with well-rounded exposure to the
organization's business, technology, operations, and data. This is a hands-on role ideal for
someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to
make a direct contribution to Volt’s customer experience and growth.
Fitment
This role is ideal for individuals who love solving problems collaboratively and want to own
and drive a key charter by working with multiple PMs. The role requires a very strong
understanding of customer psychology, data, and technology, and working on issues to
optimize for conversions and customer experience. This role would suit those candidates
with prior experience in operations/support/ in a high-growth B2C environment for at least 2
years.
Responsibilities
Work closely with product managers to operationalize new product features,
journeys, and integrations.
Investigate and resolve customer/partner issues in coordination with tech, ops, and
business tea
