Perform compounding of injectable formulations (liquids/lyophilized products)
Operate and monitor compounding vessels, mixing tanks, and filtration systems
Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and cleanroom procedures
Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMRs) accurately
Follow World Health Organization GMP guidelines and internal SOPs
Handle CIP/SIP processes and sterilization of equipment
Work closely with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality
Identify and report deviations, ensuring proper documentation
