Supervises a crew of 2-3 employees and prioritizes work.
Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete scheduled jobs within established guidelines and time frames and quality.
Enforces all client-required safety policies and procedures.
Complies and enforces all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crewmember discipline and documentation.
Submits crewmembers’ timesheets to payroll by deadline.
Assess job quality standards for all landscaping jobs to meet or exceed customer/company’s quality standards.
Regularly monitor, train and provide direction and feedback to crew members to ensure efficiency, quality and safety standards are met.
Plan jobs and ensure that the necessary resources and materials are available in sufficient quantities and that time is managed efficiently. Ensure that all jobs are completed on time and within project budget.
Maintain and monitor all work environments and assigned company equipment. Immediately report any damaged, broken, missing,
or malfunctioning equipment and/or any safety concerns to the project leader.
Regularly communicate job status to project manager, labor or material needs, project obstacles and/or additional resources to ensure lawn mowing results are achieved within the allotted timeframe.
Ensure mowed lawns are visually appealing, neat and with straight lines to ensure customer satisfaction.
