About The Role

We are looking for a disciplined Accountant to manage daily financial operations, GST compliance, and inventory-linked accounting for our spare parts business.

Key Responsibilities

Daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses)
GST invoicing, filing, and reconciliation
Vendor payment tracking and follow-ups
Receivables management
Inventory value tracking with warehouse coordination
Basic MIS reporting for management

Requirements

2–5 years experience in accounting
Strong knowledge of Tally / Busy / Zoho Books
GST compliance knowledge (mandatory)
Comfortable working with inventory and stock data

Preferred

Experience in trading / spare parts / warehouse business
Good Excel skills
