Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cluster Manager role based in Current Delhi.



The Cluster Manager is responsible for overseeing sales and business development activities across multiple branches within the cluster, ensuring achievement of sales targets and profitability goals. Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring branch teams, driving life insurance product penetration, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing sales campaigns and initiatives. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and Financial Consultants, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. The Cluster Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams for training, marketing support, and operational efficiency, and provides regular reporting and market feedback to senior leadership.
