About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Finance Analyst to support strategic decision-making by delivering financial insights, business analysis, and commercial recommendations. The ideal candidate will work closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Leadership teams to improve profitability, optimize pricing, strengthen financial planning,



and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning for business units.
Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reports for senior management.
Build robust financial models to support business planning, investments, expansion, and strategic initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain to improve financial performance.
Conduct variance analysis between budgets, forecasts, and actual performance, providing actionable recommendations.
Analyze product, customer, channel, and business profitability to identify growth opportunities and improve margins.
Own the product pricing framework by evaluating raw material costs, manufacturing expenses, logistics costs, competitor pricing, and margin performance to recommend time
