About The Role

As Manager, Accounting Operations at ShopMy, you'll own our AP, expense, and travel operations,



and help us build out procurement as the company scales. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to bring order to a rapid growing finance function, and who's genuinely excited to use AI tools to make that work better, not just faster.

Your Impact To The Role

Own accounts payable, expense management, and travel operations day to day
Help build ShopMy's procurement function, including vendor management and spend controls
Partner cross functionally with legal, people, and IT teams to streamline processes as we grow
Use AI tools to automate and improve how the team works
Support billing operations as part of the broader finance function
Collaborate with the Finance team on month end close, audits, and reporting
