About The Role

The Head of Quality Services at Lonza is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the Global Capability Center (GCC) Quality Services organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of centralized support functions such as Quality Systems,



Documentation Management, Compliance Administration, Data Analytics, and Translation Services. The incumbent will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with global regulatory standards, and support digital transformation initiatives to enhance service delivery. The role requires close collaboration with Site Quality teams, Digital organizations, and business stakeholders to uphold Lonza’s commitment to a Quality First culture. The Head of Quality Services will also lead efforts in inspection readiness, process standardization, and continuous improvement, fostering a high-performance workplace aligned with strategic business objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a relevant scientific, technical, or business field. They will have at least 10 years of experience within GMP-regulated industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devic
