About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM Analytics, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing analytics solutions within the automotive or manufacturing sectors. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, designing and building comprehensive dashboards, datasets, and data recipes,
and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The candidate should be adept at working with complex systems, correlating transactional data, and providing creative analytics solutions that optimize dealer management and order processing workflows.
Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics, with a solid understanding of its capabilities and functionalities.
Domain experience in automotive or manufacturing industries is mandatory.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience in building analytics for dealer management and order management processes.
Expertise in creating Data Recipes, datasets, lenses, and dashboards within Salesforce.
Experience working directly with business teams to gather and translate analytics requirements.
