We are hiring an Associate Growth Manager to own the bottom of our sales funnel and close high-ticket deals. This is not a cold-calling role. Leads are generated by a system you help run, and your job begins when a real conversation starts and ends when the deal is closed and delivery is orchestrated.
In this role, you will speak directly with founders and decision-makers, run Growth Engine Audits, move qualified prospects through the pipeline, and use leverage assets to create trust before asking for commitment. This role also has a transparent path toward Growth Manager, where you own the full client lifecycle from lead to delivery to upsell.
Responsibilities
Own leads from reply to close: Take every genuine reply into the CRM and move it through the pipeline stages, including replied, in conversation, meeting booked, and proposal sent. You are the lead owner and the single point of accountability.
Run the Growth Engine Audit: Produce audits in Claude for your leads by analysing the client’s business in depth, not just the outreach layer. Use the audit as the reason a prospect agrees to a call.
Run sales calls as the authority: Diagnose the client’s situation, present findings, and direct the next step with confidence. Interns may join your calls as part of their training.
Navigate conversations to a booked meeting: Move a reply toward a call without pitching too early. Open on the prospect’s situation and use the work already done for them as the pull.
