Role Description The Representative role at Avataar is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. The Representative will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, helping enterprises understand and adopt Avataar’s agentic AI solutions. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to gather requirements,



explaining platform capabilities in clear terms, coordinating with product and engineering teams, and supporting end-to-end implementation of AI-native workflows. The role also involves preparing presentations and reports, addressing client inquiries, monitoring engagement metrics, and providing feedback that informs product improvements. The Representative is expected to maintain a strong customer focus, ensure timely resolution of issues, and contribute to building long-term client relationships.
