Role Description The Asst. Sales Manager – Water-Based Industrial Packaging Division is a full time, hybrid role based in the Greater Delhi Area,



with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for developing and managing sales of water-based solutions for industrial packaging, including prospecting new clients, nurturing existing accounts, and supporting long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day activities include identifying market opportunities, preparing and presenting technical-commercial proposals, coordinating product trials with customers, and following up on orders, deliveries, and after-sales service. The person in this role collaborates closely with Technical Application Engineers and R&D; to understand customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and resolve production or application issues. The role also involves tracking sales performance, reporting market trends and competitor activity, and contributing to sales forecasts and strategic planning for the division.
