The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow GRC modules to help organizations manage risk, compliance, audits, and policy management effectively.

Key Skills Required

Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC / Integrated Risk Management (IRM)

Hands-on experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation, customization, and support projects

Expertise in Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit Management

Experience in Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Vendor Risk Management (VRM)

Strong understanding of Governance, Risk,



and Compliance processes and frameworks

Experience configuring Risk Registers, Controls, Indicators, Assessments, and Issue Management

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes

Experience integrating ServiceNow GRC with other enterprise systems and security tools

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as SOX, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS

Experience in Risk Assessments, Compliance Testing, Control Testing, and Remediation Tracking

Strong understanding of ServiceNow Platform capabilities including ACLs, UI Policies, Notifications, Catalogs, and Reporting

Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
