Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and Scoped Applications in single and multi-domain environments. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership throughout project delivery, advise customers on solution approaches and architectural decisions, and ensure high-quality implementations aligned with ServiceNow best practices and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze business requirements and design ServiceNow solutions that align with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects with minimal supervision.
- Provide effort estimation, technical scoping, and solution architecture recommendations.
- Configure and develop ITOM capabilities including:

- Discovery

- CMDB

- Event Management

- Service Mapping

- Orchestration
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow modules such as:

- ITSM

- CSM

- HRSD
- Design and develop upgrade-safe Scoped Applications.
- Implement and manage Domain Separation and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP services, and Import Sets.
- Create and maintain Flow Designer workflows and automations.
- Develop custom solutions using client scripts,



business rules, script includes, UI policies, and scripted APIs.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on platform capabilities, risks, and best practices.
- Participate in customer discussions, architecture workshops, and pre-sales activities.
- Represent Zensar Technologies in customer forums and skilled engagements.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
