Required Qualifications

Experience

- 3–7+ years of ServiceNow development experience.

- 2+ years implementing or supporting ServiceNow SAM Pro.

- Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes.

- Experience with software licensing concepts and compliance management.

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery

Technical Skills

- ServiceNow SAM Pro

- JavaScript

- Flow Designer

- IntegrationHub

- REST/SOAP APIs

- CMDB

- Discovery

- Service Portal or Workspace development

- SQL and data analysis

Preferred Certifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)

- ITIL Foundation
