- Perform software audits, reconciliations, and true-up activities.

- 4-7 years of SAM/ITAM operations experience.
- Hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience.
- Understanding of software licensing and compliance.
- Solid analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
