Key Responsibilities

- Work Orders: Develop, manage, and maintain workflows for work orders, ensuring efficient assignment, tracking, and completion.

- Tasks: Design and implement task management processes, ensuring timely execution and follow-up.

- Schedule Optimization: Utilize scheduling tools to optimize resource allocation and reduce downtime.

- Resource Management: Oversee the deployment and management of field service resources, ensuring effective utilization and coverage.

- Mobile: Develop and support mobile solutions for field technicians, enabling real-time access to tasks and updates.

- Field Service Operations: Streamline field service processes from dispatching to tracking and reporting, improving overall service quality and efficiency.

- Configuration and Customization: Customize and configure ServiceNow FSM applications to meet business requirements, including creating and maintaining forms, workflows, notifications, and reports.

- Integration: Integrate ServiceNow FSM modules with other systems and third-party applications to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

- Data Management: Ensure accurate and secure management of field service data,



adhering to data privacy regulations.

- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow FSM applications, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates and enhancements.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

- Experience: 3+ years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow FSM solutions, particularly focusing on work orders, tasks, scheduling, and resource management.

- Technical Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow technologies including Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, FSM Implementor.
