Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow qualified with strong expertise in ITSM and E-Bonding integrations. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting secure bidirectional integrations between ServiceNow and external ITSM platforms.

The role requires strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, ServiceNow development, API security, data synchronisation, field mapping, workflow automation, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow E-Bonding integrations with external ITSM platforms.
- Develop secure and scalable bidirectional integrations for Incident, Request, Change, Problem, CMDB, comments, work notes, and attachments.
- Work extensively with ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations using Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Configure OAuth, API authentication, certificates, credentials, and secure integration mechanisms.
- Create and maintain field mappings, state mappings, transformation logic,



and reconciliation rules.
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub spokes.
- Implement attachment, comment, journal-entry, and work-note synchronisation between integrated platforms.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, authentication errors, API issues, timeout problems, duplicate records, and data synchronisation failures.
- Work closely with middleware platforms and integration teams using tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, iHub, or equivalent platforms.
- Participate in technical workshops, integration design discussions, API reviews, and solution-planning activities.
- Prepare technical design documents, API specifications, mapping documents, deployment guides, and support documents.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing support.
- Monitor integration performance and ensure reliability, security, scalability, and data accuracy.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards and enterprise integration best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of overall ServiceNow development, implementation, or integration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules.

- Experience integrating ServiceNow with external ITSM or enterprise platforms.
- Experience developing bidirectional REST or SOAP integrations.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow server-side scripting.
- Experience with API authentication, OAuth, credentials, certificates, and integration security.
- Strong understanding of JSON, XML, HTTP methods, API responses, and error handling.
- Experience troubleshooting complex integration and data-synchronisation issues.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Ability to work independently in remote and distributed-team environments.

Preferred Experience

- ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow E-Bonding implementation experience.
- Integration experience with third-party ITSM platforms.
- Experience with Integration Hub and custom spokes.
- Experience with middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, iHub, or equivalent platforms.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
- ServiceNow ITSM implementation certification.
- ITIL certification.
