Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ITSM solutions using ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement IT services management processes.

- Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to automate IT operations tasks using Snowflake CMDB.

- Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITOM implementation and optimization.

Job Requirements :

- 6-12 years of experience in ServiceNow development or related field.

- Robust understanding of ITIL v3/4 framework and its application in an enterprise environment.

- Proficiency in developing custom modules, workflows, and integrations using Servicenow Development Framework (SDK).

- Experience working with Snowflake CMDB toolset for asset management.
