- Minimum 5-8 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Application Developer+ Javascript

- Experience in Agentic AI is must

- Experience developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements

- Working knowledge of the process for developing and supporting custom applications

- Experience with Service Portals, UI Builders, Workspaces, Playbooks, UI Component Development

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Studio, Scripting, Workflows, UI Builder, Workspaces, and Integration Hub

- Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React JS

- Robust experience with JavaScript
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

- Flexible and adaptable,



with the ability to learn new concepts quickly

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities, as well as independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Build configuration dashboards, real-time agent activity views, and explainability surfaces that let users guide or supervise AI models.

- Architect scalable, responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
