We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant / Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise across ServiceNow modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
- Strong functional knowledge of at least one ServiceNow module (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SPM, etc.)
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration (forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies) coding not mandatory, but functional configuration knowledge required
- Experience preparing BRDs, functional specs,



user stories, and process documentation
- Robust understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and best practices
- Experience in test planning, UAT coordination, and defect management
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
