Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer with solid experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, integrations, Financial Services Operations (FSO), workflow automation, and platform customization while following ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions using App Engine Studio and Studio.
Develop and enhance Custom Applications based on business requirements.
Implement and support Financial Services Operations (FSO) applications and workflows.
Configure and customize ServiceNow using:
Business Rules
Script Includes
Client Scripts
UI Policies
UI Actions
ACLs
Develop reusable server-side and client-side scripts using JavaScript.
Design and develop Flow Designer flows, custom Flow Actions, and workflow automations.
Develop and consume REST APIs using:
Scripted REST APIs
REST Messages
API Explorer
Build integrations with third-party applications using REST APIs and Integration Hub.
Configure and maintain Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Sources for data migration and synchronization.
Develop custom Service Portal widgets and enhance existing widgets using AngularJS and Bootstrap.
Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
Prepare technical design documents and support deployment activities across environments.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
