Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Architect to design, architect, and implement enterprise HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should possess robust functional and technical expertise in HRSD modules, solution architecture, integrations, and enterprise-scale implementations. ServiceNow HRSD Certification is Preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
- Lead HRSD implementations across global enterprise environments.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Configure and customize HR Case Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, HR Knowledge Management, Document Management, and HR Catalog.
- Design integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Azure AD, LDAP, and third-party applications.
- Implement security, ACLs, Data Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and UI Builder.
- Develop reusable HR workflows and automation using Flow Designer.
- Lead architecture discussions with business stakeholders and technical teams.




- Provide technical leadership, governance, estimation, and code reviews.
- Mentor developers and ensure ServiceNow best practices.
- Participate in client workshops, architecture reviews, and solution presentations.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
