As a ServiceNow ITOM architect, primary responsibility would be to design and implement effective IT Operations Management solutions for organizations that use the ServiceNow platform. This would require expertise in IT Operations Management processes, ServiceNow ITOM module, and ITIL best practices.

Duties And Responsibilities May Include Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Gather requirements from stakeholders and recommend solutions that meet their needs.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams on ITOM architecture and design.

Develop ITOM processes and workflows based on industry best practices and ITIL standards.





Conduct workshops and trainings to ensure effective adoption of ITOM solutions.

Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.

Collaborate with other ServiceNow functional teams to ensure effective integration of ITOM solutions with other ServiceNow modules.

Ensure adherence to ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ITOM solutions.

Keep up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow ITOM developments and recommend appropriate solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Additionally, strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are required to effectively manage ITOM projects and teams.

CSA and CIS certification is required
