Hiring | ServiceNow Technical Lead / Solution Architect

Experience: 7-10 Years (Relevant ServiceNow Experience Mandatory)

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead / Solution Architect with robust expertise in ServiceNow Custom Application Development and ServiceNow Architecture Design.

We are looking for senior professionals with hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade ServiceNow applications. Candidates should be capable of providing technical leadership, designing scalable solutions, and mentoring development teams.

Developer-only profiles will not be considered. Candidates must have experience as a Senior ServiceNow Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect.

Mandatory Requirements

- 710 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Minimum one active ServiceNow certification is mandatory (CSA/CAD/CIS).
- Strong experience in Custom Application Development.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Architecture Design.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying ServiceNow Applications.
- Strong experience in Service Catalog Development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
- Design and develop Custom Scoped Applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow Studio.
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
- Design application architecture, custom tables, modules, relationships, and reusable components.

- Mentor developers and ensure coding standards.
- Deploy solutions across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
- Work with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
