- Install and set up copiers and multifunctional devices at customer locations.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with copiers and related equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of copiers to ensure optimal performance.

- Replace parts, components, and consumables as needed to repair copiers and restore functionality.

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.

- Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.

- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on new copier models, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Diploma or certification in electrical or electronics engineering, or related field.





- Proven experience as a Copier Technician or similar role.

- Solid technical skills and knowledge of copiers, printers, and related equipment.

- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements

- Must experience with Ricoh, Xerox and etc. .

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, if required
