- 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules.
- Solid JavaScript and Glide API knowledge.
- Experience with:
o Risk Management o Policy & Compliance o Audit Management o Vendor Risk Management o Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Experience developing:
o Business Rules o Client Scripts o Script Includes o UI Policies / UI Actions o Flow Designer o Workflows
- Knowledge of ACLs, Roles, Security Model.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of CMDB, CSDM, Import Sets, and Transform Maps.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk & Compliance.
- Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HRSD, or CSM.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
