Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead the after-sales service operations at our automobile dealership. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience in managing workshop operations while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily workshop and service center operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Achieve service revenue, labor, and spare parts targets.




- Coordinate with OEM representatives and ensure compliance with dealership standards.
- Maintain service records, reports, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
- 10 years of experience in automobile dealership service operations.
- Strong knowledge of workshop management and after-sales service.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) is an added advantage.
