Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission digital cinema projectors, servers, audio systems, and automation equipment.

- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks at customer sites.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

- Calibrate projectors, audio processors, and cinema sound systems.

- Configure and troubleshoot cinema servers, TMS, automation systems, and remote monitoring solutions.

- Replace defective components and perform equipment repairs.

- Coordinate with customers to minimize downtime and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Prepare service reports after every site visit.

- Maintain proper documentation, spare parts records, and maintenance logs.

- Provide technical guidance and basic training to customer staff.

- Support remote troubleshooting whenever required.

- Follow company safety procedures and technical standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical and electronics systems.

- Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, switches, IP configuration).

- Experience with Windows-based systems and basic Linux knowledge is an advantage.

- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.





- Strong communication and customer service abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Preferred Experience

- 2-3 years of experience in digital cinema, skilled AV, projection systems, or broadcast equipment is preferred.

- Knowledge of Barco, Christie, NEC projectors, Doremi, Dolby, GDC, QSC, JBL, Crown, or similar products is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Other Requirements

- Valid driving license preferred.

- Passport and willingness to travel internationally are an advantage.

- Physically fit to handle equipment installation and site work.
