Key Responsibilities

- Server & Infrastructure Management- Deploy, administer, and support Windows servers across client environments- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and server roles- Administer virtualization platforms (VMware ESXi / Hyper-V)

- Perform patch management, upgrades, and capacity planning- Ensure backup integrity, disaster recovery readiness, and high availability Security & Compliance- Implement server security hardening and security best practices- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation- Manage endpoint and server security tools (AV, EDR)- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including in office support when required- Assist clients during security audits and compliance assessments (ISO 27001,



SOC, etc)

- Client Engagement & On-Site Support- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients- Visit client locations for:
- Critical incident resolution- Server deployments and migrations- Security reviews and audits- Troubleshooting issues that cannot be resolved remotely- Provide clear, client-friendly explanations and recommendations- Participate in client meetings, service reviews, and technical discussions- Ensure compliance with SLAs and service delivery commitments
