The Opportunity

We're looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist (Growth Marketing) to lead our organic growth initiatives and strengthen our digital presence across global B2B markets.

This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in SEO, Growth Marketing, and B2B Digital Marketing , who can develop data-driven strategies that increase organic visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to business growth. You'll work closely with the Marketing, Content, Product, and Engineering teams to build scalable SEO initiatives that support our global expansion.

What You'll Own

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive organic lead generation through technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword strategy.
- Plan and execute B2B digital marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility and inbound pipeline.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify high-impact growth opportunities across target markets.
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and metadata to improve search rankings and conversions.




- Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to improve website performance, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and mobile usability.
- Develop and execute ethical link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, and conversion metrics, providing actionable performance reports.
- Collaborate with Content, Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI-powered search trends, and emerging SEO best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SEO, Growth Marketing, or B2B Digital Marketing.
- Strong expertise in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Proven experience driving organic traffic, lead generation, and business growth through SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Keyword Planner.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, user intent, conversion optimization, and search performance analytics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, website architecture, and WordPress or other CMS platforms.




- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

Good to Have

- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, AI, Deep-Tech, or Technology companies.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools and content optimization platforms.
- Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO certifications.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), user journey mapping, and demand generation strategies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute integrated digital marketing campaigns.
