Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website's organic search performance, increasing search engine rankings, and driving high-quality traffic through effective SEO strategies. The role requires expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective on-page SEO strategies, including optimization of titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting website performance and search visibility.
- Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, website traffic, and conversion metrics, and prepare periodic performance reports.
- Execute ethical off-page SEO strategies, including backlink analysis and link-building campaigns.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and web developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve organic visibility.
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Recommend strategies to improve website speed, mobile usability, and overall technical performance.
- Assist in developing SEO-focused content strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in SEO or Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong SEO knowledge may also be considered).
- Relevant SEO certifications are an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization principles and ranking factors.
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Proficiency in:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Moz
- Screaming Frog
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO content strategy and conversion optimization.
- Basic knowledge of PPC and digital marketing channels is an advantage.
