What we look for
5+ years building and shipping production web apps
Solid TypeScript and React; comfortable in Node or Python on the backend
Have shipped a product end-to-end (not just sprints in a large team)
Curious about AI / agentic / data tooling
IIT/BITS/NIT or equivalent technical depth (we hire on substance, not pedigree alone)
