About The Role

Enigmasoft Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Junior Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing initiatives, investor outreach campaigns, and lead generation activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about digital marketing, artificial intelligence, social media management, startup ecosystems, and data-driven outreach.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building brand visibility, supporting fundraising and investor engagement efforts across our portfolio, and leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing and outreach effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Outreach & Business Development

Build and manage investor target lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on investment thesis, stage, geography, sector focus, and cheque size.




Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns including connection requests, InMails, and personalized follow-ups.
Support founder and business development teams in identifying and engaging venture capital firms, angel investors, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders.
Draft qualified outreach messages, email introductions, follow-ups, and investor communication materials.
Maintain organized CRM records and track outreach activities, response rates, meetings booked, and conversion metrics.
Conduct market research on investors, startups, competitors, and industry trends.
Digital Marketing & Social Media

Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Create, schedule, and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Support lead generation campaigns through content marketing, outreach, and digital advertising initiatives.
